May 08,2024I have made several purchases of lawn seed and fertilisers from A1 and in all cases received a prompt and reliable service,and more importantly excellent products. One split bag however was received, but subsequent deliveries were dual- bagged suggesting that company is a;ready aware of this possibility.

Apr 30,2024Delivery is usually really quick, but this time it was a bit slow, but when I called the office the gentleman advised that you had received an influct of orders over the Easter holidays and was catching up, he expedited my order and I received in in a couple of days, the product I ordered lawn moss and weed killer works really well.

Apr 12,2024We received one bag of seed rather than the two ordered. We have repeatedly contacted customer service, with no reply. We wrote a review on trust pilot, which the company replied to asking us to contact them. We did, and we've had no response again despite this.

Apr 11,2024Exceptional seed quality, but disappointingly unreliable fulfilment. It's imperative for companies to communicate accurate delivery estimates at checkout. Today, I find myself in a predicament, having to spend an additional £150 on alternative grass seed for a renovation scheduled for tomorrow. Given the unpredictable weather conditions, prompt delivery is crucial for gardeners to seize dry spells efficiently.

Apr 09,2024Awful. “Express” order not received after 2 weeks, no response to emails or contact us section of account. Eventually got hold of someone by phone to cancel and get refund which they said they would do, however refund not received and had to raise via PayPal. Edit: Still waiting. Statement via Trustpilot the ONLY communication received from this company. Last week I finally got through to someone on the phone who cancelled this order at my request - but no refund received. Account not updated to show order cancelled. No items received, no refund received.

Apr 08,2024Used their seed last year via Amazon, all good. Decided go direct to them this year as at the time amazon had no stock of the seed I wanted. Order placed, 3 days to ship. Nothing weeks later. Not replying to emails or answering the phone. Suspect these no longer are operating. Right pain as I planned work around a particular date. Avoid. Edit: returned phone call eventually.
