Apr 07,2024Have used this company before and they have always been okay. However, Ordered grass seed on 23 March and it still hasn’t been dispatched and had no communication from them. Looking through the reviews it appears I’m not the only one. Have now disputed the transaction with my bank

Apr 07,2024Made an order on 25th March. No confirmation email sent. Emailed on 1st April to ask when I would receive and why I hadn’t received a confirmation, no response. I have just read another 1 star review which has received the same experience who ordered the day before me. It does make you think. Update - added two stars package now received bit late but it’s here which is what matters.

Apr 06,2024Ordered on 24th March still not received order as of 6th April (or had dispatch confirmation), no response to emails in 3 days. Annoyed as purchased in advance of lawn renovation this coming Friday. Getting concerned now. Still in business? Give us a clue... It's not hard to tell customers if you have systems problems or to cancel orders and let them go and source alternative solutions.

Apr 06,2024I placed my order on 21 March, seems like the time when all the bad reviews started. I haven't received my goods, I've also asked for a full refund but they're not responding to several emails. I spoke to them on 26 March when I was told I should receive delivery on 28 March which never turned up, also an email on 27 to say my order was ready for dispatch, obviously hasn't (6 April). On their website they also promised same day dispatch on orders before 12noon Mon-Fri, this has now been removed from the website. I placed my order on good faith based on this information - now it appears to be false advertising.

Apr 06,2024A1 seeds are amazing used these last year and ordered through amazon but very let down with the ordering process when used direct I am still yet to receive a response from 2 emails that I have written regarding my order and have had to chase myself through various platforms and still yet to receive a proper response.

Apr 05,2024I ordered grass seed and fertiliser on the 22nd March. 2 weeks later, and having sent 4 emails and tried their phone line multiple times (it just rings out), I have no product, no communication, and zero response from any customer service channel. Their Amazon store has closed within the past fortnight too - these guys might be bust. AVOID at all costs.

Apr 05,2024Still waiting on my order. No communication from the company so have now requested it cancelled. Been a further 10 days and the request has not been responded to. Shame. The company had a good rep but appear to have squandered it

Apr 04,2024Two weeks form order still no contact from A1 to say when I will be receiving my grass seed. Four weeks from my order, I eventually received my grass seed. If only A1 had wrote a simple sentence on my order that that there will be a delay processing my order then I would be have been satisfied. Their grass seeds are excellent and I will continue to purchase from them in Future.

Apr 03,2024Placed an order, two weeks later and still no sign of the order. I’ve filled in two enquiry forms and had no reply. Phoned and was told they’d look into and get back to me, I haven’t heard from them. Sent them an email and not heard back. Very poor customer service just hoping I can get a refund at this point because I highly doubt the order will show up

Apr 08,2024Supposed to deliver within 2 days. 2 weeks later and still no delivery. Contacted them after a week and was informed that my order was being despatched that day, a week later still no delivery and no courier details. However, they are fulfilling their new Amazon orders but not delivering on their outstanding orders from their website. Will never use A1 again, customer service is poor to nonexistent.
