Mar 25,2024I ordered three 10kg bags of A1Lawn spring/summer fertiliser on 3 March. I used this product last year and was very happy with it. However this year the service has been unacceptable. I had to chase A1 as the delivery was slow and communications from the company have been poor or non-existent. Eventually only one bag arrived. When I checked with the carrier I was told the other packages had been damaged and that "the merchandise was discarded and the sender notified". Despite emails I have heard nothing from A1 about what they are going to do about this and I am still waiting delivery of the two remaining bags and have not been told when this is likely. Really poor service from the company - I'm unlikely to use A1Lawn again.

Mar 19,2024Used before without issue but get the impression they've changed hands. Took a full week to dispatch despite advertising same day dispatch if ordered in the morning. Customer services lack basic personal skills. When questioned about the order, I received a document showing it had been dispatched the day before which was clearly false and supported by the courier website. Negative experience all round. Won't be using again and will find another supplier.

Mar 18,2024Poor customer service. Placed an order over a week ago. Heard nothing so contacted them and was told it could be another 3 days. However, they are much quicker to take payment - that took less than a day!!!
