Jul 06,2022Great concept, shoes and service. Shoes amazing condition, almost like new. I ordered 3 pairs recently. One pair were not a great fit so I returned them, refund was received promptly. Have bought 3 pairs in total so far, and have saved over £500 had I bought them new. I can afford shoes if this quality new tbh, so finding Abbott's has been a bit of a revelation.

I received my products within one week from placing an order and customs clearance process with DHL was smooth and easy. I will definetely use this service again when in need of quality shoes with reasonable pricing.

Jun 27,2022Be aware that returns costs money if from outside the UK. unfortunately the shoes did not fit and I had to carry the costs of both returning the shoes and the VAT that had to be paid when they crossed the border.

Jun 27,2022I had to pay taxes from customs and in top of this some DHL recharges. Makes little sense to pay this for 2nd hand shoes (almost 1st hand prices).

Jul 22,2022Positives: The condition of the shoes was perfect. They looked and smelled like new.They looked exactly like they did on the website and delivery was fast. Negatives: The size advertised online was incorrect. When I tried the shoes on they were just way bigger than the size written on them and advertised, which meant I had to send them back. I did get my full refund, however I also had to pay custom fees to DHL, which were almost twice the shipping fee, that I will never get refunded for, but am not bitter about that. So I am not really sure what rate would be suitable.
