Jun 21,2022Although I’m very happy with the item and can only say good thing about Luke, who was helpful and resolved my issue at “light speed” manner (5 Stars Deluxe) ... a very disappointing surprise awaited it for me, when DHL informed me, that I have to pay for custom, on top of paying for my own shipping (my location was considered too remote and RM is not an valid option but a promise for MIA ) in our modern full connected Europe with Google maps included, on top of that I was charge with custom fees... this unfortunately would make me refrain myself of ordering again. Is defied the whole purpose of your website, whem ať the end the ammount i pay for the item is almost the same as the brand new one.
