I can write an essay about their accessibility, attentiveness and understanding. This team is wonderful , specially Kiran and Rohit . Nov 19,2024I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and competence shown by Abhinav Immigration regarding my PR application. Despite providing all the necessary evidence to highlight the errors and incompetency of their team, I have received no communication or updates about my case. My case handler, Mustafa, and Ranjeeta, along with Vaishnavi, have shown no accountability for the numerous mistakes made in my application, which was filled with incorrect and inaccurate information. What frustrates me even more is the attitude of the company. They appear to lack the expertise needed to handle such critical applications and seem completely indifferent to their clients’ concerns. At the time of selling their services, they were quick to demand full advance payment, and regrettably, I paid. However, the services promised were never delivered. It’s clear that this company prioritizes money over their clients. Even after raising my voice repeatedly, they have failed to take responsibility or provide a resolution. I will continue to seek a refund of my hard-earned money and make others aware of this company’s negligence and disregard for its customers. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before engaging with them.

In this moment, I take this opportunity to thank Murali, he was assigned as our case office and for us was like a friend helping us in doing all documentation correctly and in-line with the requirements. Sep 17,2024Extremely deceptive consultancy. DO not trust them at all. They pressurize you into commitment and later dont provide any service. They withheld my 20000/- despite of confirming that i am not proceeding with them. They did not even start any services but simply looted money from me. After that there was pressure from their accounts team to validate that i have paid it willingly for which i did not agree.
