Jackie was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC in navigating us through the process: supportive, responsive and efficient. I feel she is hugely trusted by the Home Office authorities - which is probably supported by the fact that we received our approval in 6 weeks (including Xmas) when friends with other agencies took 6 months! Jul 30,2018My husband and I originally went to see UK immigration help, to see what the process would be if he were to apply for a spousal permit in his country of nationality as his visa was due to expire at the end of the month and we had thought that the financial criteria would have only been met the month later. In the initial meeting we were greeted by Jackie and she had asked to have a look at the payslips to see if there was any possibility the visa application could have been sent off before my husband would have to go back to his country of nationality to apply. She was very thorough and double checked everything. She said the financial criteria can most definitely be met before so there was no need for him to apply from his country of nationality and we were absolutely thrilled. She had instilled her trust in us and we had decided use UK immigration help to apply for the spousal visa. Jackie was very thorough and professional, but very warm so although there was a lot to get done in just a couple of weeks, she made us feel at ease. In just under 2 months after the application had been sent,my husband had received his UK residence permit and we we couldn't have done it without the help of UK immigration help.
