Nov 09,2024From the date when I contacted them to inspect my old garage door and advise on a replacement, through to the date when the new garage door was installed, which was around 2 weeks, the service was efficient and professional. No problems with not turning up when expected, or finding inconvenient complications. They got on with the job nicely. And communications regarding progress on sourcing items, setting convenient times to call, and making payments, were conducted over the phone and by e-mail politely and without fuss.

The job was not as straightforward as he thought but due to his great knowledge, professionalism and patience he tackled the task and did a great job. He showed me how to work the automated door and cleaned up after himself to the point it was spotlessly clean. I was very impressed with the fitter and the quality of his work. I would most definitely recommend Access Garage Doors.

Oct 24,2024Fitted roll up double doors two years ago, everything worked fine, till now that is. The door would open but not close, so arranged for fitter to check out. Fault was the safety rubber under the door, with an enclosed safety sensor rubber which had split allowing water to get in. Not very impressed when only a couple of years old and only opens once or twice a week. Cost to replace in excess of £300. Cheap material for a high end cost door.

Nov 26,2024I'd had my eye on a garage door from Access for a while now. Finally got finance together and started the process. From survey to installation the company's communication was excellent. Reasonable price and they were able to give me the exact spec I wanted even when the pamphlet suggested I could not combine certain options. Door was made within the time frame indicated and installation was quick to arrange. Fitter was friendly, efficient and worked around the quirks of my old house to do the install. There was a slight niggle with a nonessential element which was resolved within two days. Now I have a fantastic electric rollerdoor which performs perfectly. I have even had neighbours come over just up talk about it. Could not be happier and highly recommend the company.
