There was no sales pressure, just a discussion of our particular requirements. Once we had made our choice there was visit to measure up and a visit to install. We managed to miss a payment deadline through being on holiday...no fuss was made, just. Polite reminder that we were overdue. The installed door looks great and is a quality bit of gear. Thanks to all involved.
