Dec 26,2021They gave me an acceptable trade in on my old equipment against a new Genos and the price of the new product had also been discounted and they were also able to supply the speakers which supply the amplification for home use, and yamaha headphones. Fully loaded USB is also offered as part of their service for the Genos keyboard. They also allow AMEX payments which is a new card for them to accept but it all worked fine for my purchases. A knowledgeable and helpful team. Overall, Hamilton Musical Instruments is a trustworthy and reliable store who have traded for many years and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Personally I bought second hand (boxed) top Yamaha keyboard and the goods were exactly as described, "fantastic" condition, pre-loaded with styles, playlists, expansions, etc. Complete with everything that should be in the box with the added bonus of a USB memory stick with all expansion contents in case I ever need to reset the keyboard. No complaints - the price was competitive compared to other places I could have purchased from. Made a pretty good saving on the "new" price too. Thanks A&C Hamilton...
