Guitar arrived well packed on the day they said and was perfectly set up with low action and no buzzes etc. Plays sounds and looks great. Was a bit concerned about buying on line unseen and untried but was very pleased and satisfied with the instrument.

During the time of purchase, they were the only one in the UK that had a stock of the modelling amplifier that I want (most stores were out of stock or they have to to be pre-ordered). I placed the order on a Saturday, and the item was quickly delivered on the following Tuesday. Before that, I emailed them about a concern, and they replied right away in just 10 mins. Very helpful staff and brilliant service. Highly recommended
