May 04,2022It seems with the internet that purchasing items that require more than a youtube search can be tricky, but A&C Hamilton were great in helping me along with this process. It helped that I had seen some of their content on YouTube, but from the minute I contacted them, they were exceptionally friendly and responsive. From initial call to when I went into store to pick up the new instrument was a short timem and they've been on hand since to help out with any questions! 5 star service that's for sure. Decided on the gd93 and glad I did very nice guitar superbly finished. Delighted with my purchase and overall buying experience. Will definitely use this store again.

May 01,2022The staff were very accommodating and helpful, even emailing me additional pictures of a guitar I was interested in, as well as offering what I later found to be a very honest appraisal. I had to travel from Glasgow to Preston to sit down with the guitar, so these initial communications were important. I need to get the feel of a guitar and I just can't buy online without sitting down with it, which the guys understood completely. In the shop, pretty relaxed atmosphere, and I could've sat with the guitar all day if I wanted to, with help and info gladly given when asked for. A very good experience with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Excellent. And I love my new guitar!

Quick delivery with courier taking the part ex at the same time so no messing about with different drivers. A couple of queries re setting up my new keyboard were dealt with without problem and was talked through setting up by knowledgeable staff. Refund re part ex was dealt with quickly as old keyboard arrived next day and my account credited same day also. Top shop!! would highly recommend.

I spoke to Justin over the phone and he superbly handled all my questions regarding the Yamaha PSR-SX900 to the point I ordered the Keyboard which arrived the next day pre setup perfectly.
