After ordering a Yamaha PSR-SX700 keyboard online very late one evening, I received a phone call the very next morning to confirm the purchase and to inform me that the delivery would be the next day by a courier. I was given a 2 hour "window" for the delivery and it transpired that the delivery was within 20 mins of the 2 hour slot! No need to stay in now so....back to work! On un-boxing there was an invoice from A&C Hamilton and a memory stick with a vast array of classic and popular songs that can be up-loaded & played along to on the keyboard. This was a very nice complimentary touch and wasn't really necessary but...thank you and well done for going the extra mile. It's the little things like that that makes you feel, as a customer, that you are cared for. In conclusion, a sterling sales & communication service that some other dealers I have encountered in the past could learn a lot from. 6 stars A&C Hamilton... I will be seeing you again. Cracking & informative YouTube videos on your chanel also, which I have learned so much from. Thank you again. A very very delighted and satisfied customer. David Pitfield.

When your keyboard has been installed Hamilton’s staff are ready to talk any set up issues over the phone. Will use Hamilton’s for any future purchase.

I have dreamt of owning a really good Banjolele all my life and, at last, I have it. The instrument is such good quality and almost feels as if it plays itself it is such a joy. Callum contacted me and asked how I would like it set up and it was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Top marks for the item and the personal service.

The service I received was excellent dispite me causing all the problems . I would like to thank Keith in particular , because I coudn't decide which keyboard I wanted ,he helped me to sort it all out , and I am very pleased with the one i finished up with , and this one suits me the best , I just wish I was a better musician .
