Jul 26,2021I just bought a Vox mini 5 amplifier from this company and I must say they are a pleasure to deal with. The amp itself was excellent value fr or money. There was slight problem with the courier company who couldn't find my house. The customer services at AC Hamilton were exemplary when I contacted them and the issue which was no fault of their own was swiftly dealt with. Excellent customer contact. I would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use them again.

Such a refreshing change to be treated as you would like to think you treat others yourself. I was kept in the loop about my purchase and delivery, other options were also put forward that I did not expect. To be told I have support for life was incredible, even one of thew members of staff have the same product and was only too willing to assist me with any problems. Support only a phone call away - excellent. Not only that but after comparing many different outlets A&C Hamilton Musical Instruments blew everybody else clean out of the water. 110% for the complete and enjoyable buying experience, highly recommend to anybody looking for music instruments and everything that goes with it!
