I have had repairs and servicing completed by them and they have saved me hundreds of pounds and fitted the same genuine parts the main dealer was quoting. I would recommend to anyone that they use AC for buying a new vehicle or repairs as they apply the same honest opinions and quality to selling vehicles as they do to repairing them!

Oct 27,2020Once upon a time, in the grim COVID ridden north west, a young man wished to give his standard looking rep mobile a personal touch. “I know” he thought “what about an RS6 grille” so he rang his local stealership only to be told he would have to re-mortgage his house to be able to afford such a luxury. “£800!.... that’s nearly 268 happy meals!” So he quandered another plan. eBay was his next port of call and after weeks of researching he came across “AC Kustoms”. “Wow, that’s cheap” he thought to himself “replica products and genuine quality, I’ll have some of that” so he hit buy it now and waited for his purchase to arrive. No more than a day passed and to his delight Parcel Force (other delivery services are available) actually delivered a product not only on time, but in perfect working order! “Great” he thought, checking over his purchase! “I’ll fit this at the weekend, that will get me out of the cleaning”. Saturday came and he was up at the crack of dawn (that’s not the name of his wife btw) excited to fit his new purchase. He watched a few YouTube tutorials on how to remove his front bumper and with his spanner’s and ratchets in his hands away he went! Some time passed.... Even more time passed... Horay the bumper was off, I’ll fast forward here as it took an additional hour to remove the genuine grille (Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither was this car!) Just as he was about to refit his new shiny grille... he realised “it’s doesn’t fit” he remembered as I child he would quite often try and place square objects in to round holes so he contacted AC Kustoms for advice..... Much to their shock it was in fact the wrong grille. The northerner was quite disheartening at the fact he may have to rebuild what he wasn’t sure he could and having not achieved anything... But this was no time to accept defeat and a southerner took it upon himself to take on a noble quest to the Grim North! “I’ll put this right” he said via Blackburn. So he travelled the over 100 mile journey, through the torrential rain, the great winds of the of the highest motorway in Britton arriving in the North West with his special delivery! The young man returned home feeling the excitement he did as a child on Christmas morning when Santa had been, except unlike Santa..... this was real! He unpacked his grille and to his surprise was able to rebuild his noble steed! And together the drove to work happily ever after! If your still reading by this point COVID has really got to you. I can’t thank AC Kustoms enough, the level of customer service you receive is quite astounding in this day an age whilst in the mist of a pandemic. The wrong grille arrived and they were very quick to sort out the mistake. Will be back again in the future and would recommend to anyone! Cheers James (In the grim north)

Oct 26,2020Andy fitted a grill to our Audi Q3. While the grill was being fitted Andy provided us with a courtesy car so we didn’t have to hang around during fitting which was great. He also provided us with video and pictures of the process to show what works are involved. Very happy with the quality and service provided by ACKustoms will definitely deal with them in future!

Aug 07,2020I bought a car from AC customs and cannot thank them enough, from the first phone call Andy has been honest, knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough to help, he stayed on late so I could test drive and kept me updated every step of the sales process. When I called to say there may be a problem with my battery Andy came straight out to test it and when diagnosed came back and collected it leaving me with a courtesy car and then delivered it back all taken care of. It’s so unusual these days to find a garage you can trust but AC Customs is one in a million and I would go back without hesitation. Thanks Andy 😊
