Currently, I would give them a one. I have emailed them repeatedly with no response. Call and leave a message with no response. It has been two months since I gave them 2600$ and I can’t get a damn person on the phone. I have the resort collections calling me for money and the next step I am sure they will be sending it into the credit bureau. So unhappy
They don't hold up their money back guarantee. First, they make you wait 11 months before you can ask for a refund and then ignore every attempt you make to contact them. I contacted them several times just for an update on my account and never got a response back. I ended up having to deal with my timeshare company myself. What was the point of spending $2500 to them? My advice: RIDE IT OUT. You're gonna take a hit to your credit anyways, ride it out, eventually the timeshare company will come to you with an offer to buy you out so they can sucker someone else. But, there's a reason this company has over 300 complaints with the Better Business Bureau, so don't waste your money.
Over two years and can't perform as promised. Won't provide refund either. Horrible company.
Today I called to get info on the timeshare that I purchased last week. I wanted to get out of that. The person on the other end just send me an email and asked me to filled out and mailed it out. They gave good advise and gave me documents on a recending letter, even though I was still with in my 10 day grace period of canceling my Time Share with Westgate. Would definitely recommend for anyone trying to cancel Time share
I was very mad at myself for getting roped into signing a timeshare with Holiday Inn. After I came back I decided that I need to get out of this deal so I contacted Consumer Assistant in Plymouth County in MA and also Tennessee Consumer Fraud. They were very nice and wrote a letter to Orange Lake Resort but to no avail. After that I did some research on companies who deal with this kind of situation. I spoke to 2 companies and decided to go with ACONSUMERCREDIT. because the other company was using high-pressured and scare tactic. American Consumer Credit staff is very nice and not pushy at all. They gave me all the facts and their process. I said to myself, how that could be possible that they guarantee me to be out of my contract within a year. Since I have already got burned once, I was a bit unsure. Anyhow, I decided to give it a go. After 7 months I am out of the Holiday Inn Timeshare! I am so happy and I would recommend Aconsumercredit to anyone.

Update - June 6 - STILL waiting for the promised status update from Madelin Allred | General Manager, quote, "I have you scheduled for your next follow up on May 23, 2018." Leter of refusal received from Festiva last week and still no response from them as to what their next step will be. Probably time to demand a refund. I would love to make this a glowing comment but after 18 months of nothing but promises and no sign of results I have to say SCAM. Prove me wrong with something besides promises. We have been signed up with you for nearly a year and a half and have had NO results. You do not get back to us nor do you ever appear to actually do anything. I have not seen any copy of correspondence to Festiva - all I have seen are letters from their Debt Collections (Zoolander Capital) after not making payments per your directions. I seriously doubt you ever follow through on your 100% refund offer as you apparently only succeed in ruining the credit of good people who choose to take you at your word. I'd love you to prove me wrong but I'm not holding my breath. Very disappointed . . . 1 Day later . . . . I provided the contact information and customer number but I have still not received any response. Just call me and let me know with actual facts what is going on so I can write something positive!!! I would like to see a result not another promise. 3 days later . . I finally received a call and a promise to look into my file. They promised a call back with results but until I actually receive that call and see the results it is just more promises. Hopefully waiting but doubtful. As of now I would have to say Don't waste your money on these people but I will be pleased to post positive comments if I'm proven wrong.

After speaking to a representative by the name of Jennifer and starting the process I felt relieved. It took a couple of calls because truthfully financially I was not prepared. By the time I was ready Jennifer was out and Tracy Johnson took over. I had to get Tracy the rest of the info she needed and the team was right on it. I could finally sleep good and my timeshare nightmares are finally over. I can't thank you guys enough for everything you have done for me, I can relate to all of the people out there who were vulnerable victims of the Timeshare experience. This company does not do what it said s. They say we get you out of your Time share no they don’t . Don’t let them fool you .. it took over two years for diamond resorts to finally get me out of it . They don’t cominncate anything to you saying yes we finally got you out of it. If they did that why am I getting a 1099 c and I have to put it down as earned income for my taxes which isn’t right . I didn’t have that earned income in my pocket . If they were legit as they say they would of mailed that too me when they finally got me out but then again they scam to get your money too just like the resorts . I think they work Hand in hand . They want you to fax over everything didn’t help my credit score . Yea diamond sent me a 1099 bc they want me to pay the taxes on it not bc this company got me out of it . One lawyer for all the scandals sounds like the scandals to me . And I’m sure all The fake 5 star reviews are their friends making it sound like they are doing.a great job . If I could give them zero stars I would and I’m def turning Then in as fake ...

I am in contact with this company now. I was just talking to the COO who says that he will refund my money and he apologized for the bad experience that I incurred. He actually sound like a straight forward person, and I am looking forward to updating and upgrading my total experience with this company.
I signed on to a timeshare that I really could not afford. I thought I had gone through all the paperwork and was sure I was stuck with a bad decision. They checked with the laws in the state that I made the contract in and found out I had five days to rescind the contract. They even gave me a template that I used as a sample.
