Mar 14,2017I was having a really hard time with my timeshare find American consumer credit (Maria,Madelin & Marry ) and everyone that help me over the phone they give me Peace of Mine I was able to sleep again even if I call them all day they were there to Help .. They do everything quick ,very Honest Team , right know My timeshare is cancel and (ACC) are making sure that it's that way! Mar 14,2017I was duped by a slick salesman into purchasing vacation points in perpetuity from Diamond Resorts International, and even accepted their loan financing. When I finally did some research online and found out how horrible their service was and how they raise the annual fee to an exorbitant rate, it was too late to back out. I felt absolutely awful and hopeless, but found a contact number for American Consumer Credit offering to help, and I called. An American Consumer Credit adviser gave me very comforting words and helpful advice from the start, without charging me anything. This resulted in me getting the loan down payment disputed and reversed off my credit card. When it became clear that losing the down payment wasn't enough to get DRI to cancel the contract, I proceeded with hiring American Consumer Credit to work on getting the contract cancelled. I did everything they advised me to do (and not do), and in under five months, they were successful in getting my contract and loan permanently terminated (funny side note: DRI tried to make this sound like a really bad thing for me). American Consumer Credit also continued to advise me on how to dispute the negative credit report DRI posted on one of the major reporting agencies, which resulted in it getting deleted, and I am now back to a credit score above 800.

Mar 11,2017I called and talked to Jennifer at American Consumer Credit LLC. She was exceptionally familiar on what to do. There was no pressure and she said do not pay a company any money up front knowing there is no guarantee of selling the timeshare. She was very kind and discussed the whole process on the fees to transfer the timeshare in another persons name. Contact the resort and make sure you know their process. Dec 13,2016I went to Westgate resorts in Orlando on a 90 minute presentation on timeshare and I was bought into this time share. A day later at home I decided you what this is not for me I reviewed everything and I said how stupid could I be to be bought into something like this. So I called American consumer credit to find out more information on the cancellation policy. Lucky for me I was transferred to Kristen Sanders and she gave me the best advice and showed me how to take care of my issue and Madelin Allred sent me an email of a sample letter that I would need to sent to West Gate right away while I still had time. Thanks Kristen and Madelin for the all your help.

Dec 01,2016Everyone was very helpful, I was able to reach my case manger (Ms. Brittany Meyers) or my counselor (Mrs. Vicky Goins) at any time with questions or concerns, during the whole process. There is no paper trail involved, after signing the contract and payment the process begins. The fee I was charged was for a 12 month period. In my case, it took a little longer. American Consumer Credit extended the time, without additional fees. American Consumer Credit, did everything they promised. Most important, listen to the recommendations of the case counselor, forward any information you might have to them or call for advise. Be patient, it doesn't happen overnight. After 18 month, I am finally Timeshare Free. I couldn't be happier :). A special thank you to Vicky Goins, for her support when I had my doubts, Mr. Michael Sorocco (Attorney). Great job from the whole team. Thank you so much.
