We'd worked with other supposed service providers in this area of trying to sell, release, give back our timeshares.... but only ACC was 100% effective, honest and unique in the approach of dealing with the burdensome problem. Apr 08,2017Even though I didn't do actual case with American Consumer Credit since it turned out I was still within the cancellation period, the representative (Chad) was very helpful to me, tool several calls and gave me a very valuable advice rover the phone and sent me a letter format for the cancellation letter and how to send it (certified mail). It worked! Thanks ACC !!!!

Oct 17,2017Jennifer Carter was very professional and personable when I contacted ACC about a timeshare question. Overall I would say she is superb! Jennifer is the credit counselor at ACC who called me back after I initiated an online chat via their webpage. She answered all my questions, she sent me an email with a suggested format for a rescission letter, and she told me to inform her of the outcome with my timeshare company. And she did all of this at no charge! Prior to calling ACC, I called another nationally advertised company (Timeshare Exit Team) and a young representative screened my call. He took my information and told me a credit counselor might call me back the next day. I stressed the critical, time-sensitive nature of my question and he said he would check to see if he could get a higher priority response for me. The answer was "no". Therefore, I googled again, and I was fortunate to find ACC and Jennifer! Don't waste your time googling any further than ACC... and ask for Jennifer when you call! Regards, Bruce
