Aug 04,2023Bien : La possibilité de voir sur une carte les hébergements potentiellement disponibles. Moins bien : il me semble inutile d'afficher sur la même carte les hébergements déjà loués, et cela gêne la lisibilité... Les logements donnés comme disponibles et réservables sur le site ne le sont pas forcément apparemment, ce qui m'a freinée pour réserver directement en ligne et donner mes coordonnées de paiement. J'ai préféré contacter le propriétaire, ce qui m'a permis de recevoir plusieurs propositions et d'en retenir une. Excellent accueil téléphonique en français ( merci Patricia !) pour m'aider dans de petites difficultés lors du paiement.

I booked a new place where the host had already responded positively. No money was taken for the first booking and I was also reassured of this clearly. Good work!
