The speed in production and delivery super fast, and our communications with the sales and production team made us feel supported and confident in the process. Even when we made last-minute changes we were updated on where our order was throughout the development, production, and shipping process. We didn't have to reach out constantly to get updates. Matt was absolutely on top of all communications and delivered white glove service!

They responded quickly giving us multiple design choice for the kit, all nailing the brief we gave. It was hard to pick just one! They replied quickly and answered all my questions very well, allowing me to get my first kit order out with ease and quickly. Not only this, but they got the kit order out on time which has allowed me to meet deadlines within university and the society I am apart of.
