Apr 15,2024Akuma worked with us and created fantastic designs for the Tour Hoody’s. They helped us with ordering and nothing by was a problem for them. The order was processed and delivered in 3 weeks and everything was great quality and accurate.

Apr 13,2024Ordering is a pleasant experience (albeit a spreadsheet to complete feels a little dated) and the support from the team from enquiry to delivery is easy and efficient. Dresses are good quality. If I could make an improvement it would be that the dresses are sent in resealable bags which would help with kit management but also might encourage our players to keep them in a dedicated bag rather than the bottom of a kit bag!

He was incredibly helpful in enabling me to understand what our options were, the pricing providing creative thinking with ideas to help bring our shirt design to life.. This was followed up by amazing customer support by Lauren Tildesley who was super effective in her communication and help in getting our order turned around and completed in great time.

Apr 11,2024Akuma came through for us in the last minute! 2 weeks out from our Mini Rugby Tour and they promised to get a design agreed, shirts made, and dispatched within a 2 week window! Glad to say, after a seamless process with Lauren and Louis, the shirts arrived just 8 days after confirming the design and processing the order! The kids are going to be delighted! Always a pleasure ordering from the Akuma Team. 🙌🏻

They were so helpful with the design and made any changes we needed to the kit and were so helpful with sending samples and making sure we got the right kit for us. Apr 06,2024I represent local community rugby club. Have used Akuma for a few years now and always a pleasure dealing with them. No ambiguity, deadlines and deliveries always on schedule. The products are slightly more expensive than some, but the environmental policy and materials used balance this. Coupled with how long the shirts and shorts last, buy cheap buy twice!!
