Excellent service from start to finish. Great quality kit with an even better customer service. Lauren T, in particular, has been incredible - I had a last minute addition to my order which she turned around at very short notice and saved me considerable embarrassment. Thank you!

Excellent service from Alex H and Lauren T. Easy design process, patient with our adjustments and super fast production/delivery. 38 Shirts and only 16 days from sign off to arriving on the doorstep. Very, very impressive.

We placed a large order for approximately 80 players, coaches and parents. Akuma were great from the off. The Sales Manager came to our club one evening with all the kit for the boys and coaches to establish their correct sizes. Communication was excellent throughout. Swift responses to all queries. This continued once the order was handed over to the production team. The production manager was excellent and very accommodating to our changing requirements. Communication was again excellent, with frequent updates. All the kit arrived when (and in some cases earlier than) originally quoted. We had a player join late and Akuma were able to complete his order (12 varied and personalised items) in a very tight time frame, delivering the day before we toured (as promised). The quality of the kit is outstanding. We ordered everything from holdalls to playing kit, jackets and beanie. All the players (and parents) we very impressed. I would strongly recommend Akuma to anyone requiring sporting kit. Special thanks to Tom (Sales) and Louis (Production).

Shona and Farrah were exceptional with their customer service, thank you for being so patient! Working with the team at Akuma was great experience from start to finish. They were knowledgable, friendly, extremely helpful and their communication with our team was always prompt. The the kits we received high quality and our designs were executed perfectly. I have no reason at all to give them any less than five stars.
