My hair stopped breaking since using this collagen. The strawberry watermelon flavor is refreshing and not too sweet.

After 6 weeks of Peach Mango collagen, I swear my crow’s feet are softer. I’m 38, and this is the first supplement I’ve actually noticed visual results from. It tastes great in sparkling water too.

The Strawberry Watermelon flavor is my go-to during summer. It’s refreshing and sweet without being too much. Been using it for just over a month and my knees definitely feel less sore after workouts. I’m in my 40s, so I appreciate any joint help I can get!

The try before you buy was a scam they charged me the full price. An the next month changed the second bag without sending the product. When I called to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the bag I never received they changed me a additional $72. SCAM SCAM SCAM! RETURN MY MONEY!!!

I ordered a $6 tropical punch collagen powder, only pay for shipping, WITH NO NOTICE OF BEING A SUBSCRIPTION OR BEING SIGNED UP FOR ONE WITHOUT BEING TOLD. Because for the next few months, I am being charged $64.15 incessantly, multiple times a day. I hit complete my order. The website pops up and says "Do you want to add this full price item?" THREE different times. I don't want those and don't need those. There was no checkbox clicked or nothing. I was charged $145.50 for those THREE items that I did not order or authorize. I email the company, they never respond. I file a chargeback. I get my money back. Several months later, I get charged the same three items again, for $145.50. I ask for a chargeback once again. My bank says, since they sent me an email on MARCH 13TH, which I do not have any emails from this company before April 9th, the bank says oh your shipping and stuff is correct so you must've ordered this. I NEVER ORDERED those three items. I have emailed them multiple times and I refuse to pay money to a company that is scamming people by automatically charging items for when people just want to complete their order. Absolute scammers. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have emailed this company twice in the span of a week and no response. My package had been opened with a missing item and I wanted my money back. I got charged for the item and a subscription. I do not have that kind of money so i was willing to send the item back but no one is responding to my emails. There's no information on an account or email where I can go and cancel this subscription or see my orders either. Please I just want my money back. It's a shame because the product itself looks great but the customer service not being responsive and their sketchy way of trying to cancel a subscription is not helping their image. I really hope they can word things better in the future so that so many people aren't angry.

After having my second baby, struggled with postpartum hair loss that really affected my confidence. Started using Super Youth in my smoothies about two months ago, and the difference is noticeable - less shedding in the shower and my hair feels thicker overall. The unflavored version blends perfectly and doesn't affect the taste of my recipes. Customer service was helpful when I needed to adjust my subscription delivery date.

I'm pretty surprised to see some of the reviews on here from people who are confused, if you can't afford it and think you can just get product for free forever, you are mistaken. Also, it's called an upsell people, this is common in pretty much every business, they upsell you on some of the other products they offer to add to your current order, what is so confusing about that? Let me set the record straight here - this is absolutely a legitimate business that has been around for many years with tons of happy customers, if you didn't read the terms of their try before you buy program, well that's your fault. If you're looking for something that actually works, give this stuff a try. They all taste amazing like a lot of the other reviews say, but most importnatly, they really work. I lost 17 pounds so far wayyyy faster that I thoguth was possible, and my skin is looking really clear. I also have a lot more energy during my days and don't feel so tired anymore. I would highly recommend, I absolustely love a few of the products form this company!

Now that I'm in my 30s, I wanted to start taking a collagen for anti aging purposes. I tried Skinnyfit first jsut because they're a huge brand w/ a ton of customers so felt I could trust them. I'm really happy I tried them first becuase I love the flavor I chose (tropical punch). It's really really good so it makes it easy to take everyday. So far my hair and nails are thriving, they're super long and strong, I havne't had to get a manicure since I started taking itt. My skin has a new "glow" to it that I started noticing after about 2 weeks of taking it. I don't have a ton of wrinkles but I feel good knowing that I'm taking the right steps to help prevent them. I plan on continuing with this brand to get the full impact of results after a few months. The site was easy to order from and I love their branding, for me, I won't be switching any time soon. I didn't know if had signed up for a subscription and I canceled it. They keep charging my account abd although they emailed me to say my account has been canceled they keep charging my card.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with, website is confusing and added in things to my cart without allowing me to remove them so then I got over charged. Customer service is useless and the actual price for all of this is ridiculous. Never trusting anything like this ever. Would give zero stars if I could.

A sample for $5.95 turned into $250.00. You can only deal thru emails. 6 items came in one box and then they deducted shipping charges individually from my refund. When I realized an error within minutes, I tried to cancel...already shipped...this is BS!

I signed up for a “free trial” kit from SkinnyFit, where they claimed I would only be charged for shipping, which was around $6. Shortly after, I noticed they charged me the full amount for the product. I contacted their customer service, and they told me the charge was “required” but didn’t explain why. They said I would receive a refund in a few days. At first, the charge disappeared from my account, but a few days later, I was charged again—this time $65. I had never agreed to this charge or any kind of subscription. When I called them again, they explained their business model: if you don’t return the “free trial” product within 21 days, you automatically get charged the full price. This policy was never made clear upfront, and in my opinion, it’s a misleading tactic designed to trap people into subscriptions they didn’t knowingly agree to. This felt like a deceptive marketing practice, where the company uses the promise of a “free trial” as a hook to collect information and sign people up for ongoing charges without proper consent.

This company charges for products that were not ordered and makes it impossible to get a refund. I do not recommend for anyone to do business with them. They continue to send the same email every time I contact them repeatedly asking for email address , phone number and order number even though this information has already been given to them, It is just a distraction in hopes that you give up trying to get your money back . Customer service just continues to send the same auto generated useless message which leads nowhere.
