Aug 09,2023It is not my first encounter with Akuma (might actually dare to say that Akuma is one of the main reasons why our rugby club - Hands of Steel - actually happened, as it provided the tangible platform for our identity to carry on) and it will definitely not be my last. They offer high quality at very competitive prices, so you don't have to cut corners in either direction. I am very picky with my sports gear, so I don't use the word "quality" lightly. Their products range comes in various shapes, sizes and designs as well, as their customization options are top notch. And it gets better, because the Akuma guys will be more than willing to lend you a hand if your mind is not set on a certain design or material... or price range (and they are the kind of people that will gladly expand their help to way outside the standard guidelines). Part of that, it would be very unfair to miss out on mentioning that my interaction with the guys (Dan and Matt) was a very pleasant experience (quick, friendly and helpful responses). Definitely my go to when it comes to professional sports gear. Keep up the good work!

Aug 07,2023Excellent from start to finish. This company is first class. They have been super helpful. Our order came within 3 weeks of ordering. We are a netball club, we purchased our first kit about 5-6 years back but wanted to add to it. Our original kit has been washed and worn 100s of times and still looks great. The material is lovely really keeps its shape, it's good quality and we love the design and colours which have not faded one bit. They are really comfortable to wear also. Highly recommended.

When I first reached out to Dan he was extremely helpful and very quick to help out with design suggestions and other useful information. When I placed the order and Matt took over, I experienced the same excellent customer service. Even when I made a late change to the order, he quickly picked it up and made sure to adjust and still deliver well within the promised timeframe. From my experiences I can highly recommend Akuma.
