They are helpful and very friendly on the phone. They fulfilled everything they promised me. I would definitely recommend them!!

We have worked with them for several years now and no request is ever too much and they really go above and beyond to ensure high quality of the products and ensure the customer is happy. We had a couple of orders with them recently, one which was a last minute addition. Without hesitation, the Akuma team, Tom Pickersgill and Louis Cook, accepted the last minute order and managed to turn it round in a quick time. Everyone has been professional and friendly at every step of the process, which has been wonderful. They really do go above and beyond. The end product is always perfect and our clients always comment on how great they look. I couldn't imagine using anyone else for our branded sports kit!

Jun 01,2023We started using Akuma about 6 years ago with an order of tops for our social tag rugby team. We used the online designer to create a unique design in the colours we wanted and found the whole process to be simple and straight forward. The Akuma team double checked sizes and design before going into production and we had our tops delivered on time. They are of top quality and the colours have not faded over time. We have since placed multiple smaller orders of matching tops and each time they arrive on time and exactly as ordered. Most recently, I needed some for a tournament but had left it a little late to order in time. Lauren went above and beyond to help me with the order and to try and get the tops delivered on time, even though it was my own fault. In any dealings I've had, I've found them to be professional, courteous and responsive. Highly recommended

May 30,2023Akuma delivering the goods again. Have ordered kit off these guys for a few years now and every time they exceed expectations. Had a tight delivery turnaround but they still managed to get a design done and invoiced within 24 hours pretty much and my kit arrived a day ahead of schedule. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Thanks Tom, Louis and team!
