Sep 28,2024Ordered and told would be delivered in 28 days. After 28 days and no delivery emailed them twice with no response! Rang them and was told it was now a five week delivery (website still states 28days). No one had bothered to update me on this and then I was told they had one item and expected the other item the day after so would deliver as soon as they got it. It was delivered today in the wrong size! Feel they just sent me something to me fob me off!

Sep 06,2024Akuma's design team is very efficient in their turn around of designs, accepting of feedback and able to bring your vision to light. Their staff are easy to work with, efficient and quick to fix mistakes. My only caution is to be super clear around the sizing as samples are in UK sizes but the sizing form we were sent to fill out was in US sizes causing the entire order to be two sizes too big. They were extremely helpful in correcting the error but a little more clarity could've prevented it from the start.
