Jul 05,2014I ordered this hose as I was fed up with my existing one keep kinking. I am thrilled with it - no more spending forever trying to put the hose away. The price from Alan Wadkins was the best on the internet and the delivery was prompt. I was kept informed when the delivery would take place to within an hour - perfect! Would order from them again and certainly recommend this company.

Jun 20,2014This has to be the best delivery service I have ever received. I was kept informed from the moment of purchase. A delivery date was given with a very short waiting time. I received a text on the morning of delivery informing me that the large package would arrive between 10 and 11 a.m. and that the drivers name was Steve. The package arrived at 10.30 a.m. I was very pleased as other delivery services seem to struggle to give a.m. or p.m. and seem unable to give even an approximate time. Many of these companies will not follow delivery instructions which their ordering department have been given. In many cases I have lost a great deal of time and have ended up having to go to a depot or post office to collect a package the delivery to my home having already been paid for. This defeats the whole purpose of ordering on line. A most excellent and PROFESSIONAL SERVICE from Alan Wadkins
