Feb 01,2013I bought a Dremel 4000/65 for a good price and the delivery was fast and free, Great! Then found the box had been opened, product used, no paperwork i.e. Guarantee etc and 6 of the 65 piece accessory set were missing. Was the product a return, a demo, who knows... Disappointed!! This was the fault of Dremel, not Alan Wadkins who were as disappointed as me. Thanks to the sales team at Alan Wadkins, they have contacted Dremel and I have a new machine on the way. Fantastic customer service and with this level of confidence I will most certainly be using them again. Thanks again
