Throughout a very challenging time the team were compassionate and helpful. Dealing with a claim in the UK whilst living in another country could have been very difficult however this was never the case, prompt responses and a sensitivity to the time difference made the process smooth and effective. I first became aware Alderstone solicitors via my grandfather. He had faced one of the barristers at the law firm and was extremely impressed with him. When my case arose, my grandad instantly insisted I went with this barrister as after 40 years of representing himself at court, never being beaten, this gentleman had been by far the best. He contacted him and said he didn’t handle this sort of case so then I was put in contact with Chris Bolton, a solicitor at the firm. After our first call I knew he was perfect for me as I never was sure on making a claim after my accident but he explained the neglect and liability on the other side was evident and after all it was going to affect me for the rest of my life to some degree. The reason why Chris was so brilliant was he obviously came across extremely smart and reassuringly confident in my case but, the main thing for me was he was able to convey constantly the legal procedure and what exactly was happening to me who has very limited knowledge of the law so I was always in the loop. What I havent mentioned is before my grandad told me about this law firm, I saw one other solicitor who valued my case at X and I was lucky if I’d even get that. Thanks to Chris’ tireless work and constant confidence in his ability and me, it concluded at over 20 times that original X. It has honestly been a pleasure getting to know Mr Bolton and he is a great man who constantly puts you at ease with how kind and genuine the bloke is. He is constantly working with your best interest at heart and I genuinely believe nobody could have done a better job for myself. I will be forever grateful for what he has done for me and purely down to him, he has changed my life for the better. I could not recommend him any higher and if anyone I ever know needs a solicitor for a similar issue, they will be getting the same pleasure I got by working with Chris Bolton. For the past few years Chris Bolton has led my road accident claim. He’s very knowledgeable about the whole complicated process and made things really easy for me. Throughout the duration he was attentive; he clearly explained all the approaches I could take, he was quick to coordinate all medical and legal matters, and was able to answer any questions I had. Chris also brought on a fantastic barrister Daniel, and together they produced an impressively convincing and forensic case on my behalf. The settlement itself — though I believe it to be fair — FAR exceeds what I expected to be offered from the other side. I’m absolutely delighted to receive such a sum without having to ‘fight’ towards it. It’s an excellent conclusion and I’m extremely grateful to Chris and Daniel. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris to anyone dealing with an injury claim.

Being injured in an accident is an unpleasant experience but thankfully, through the kind and attentive support Ms Mahzabin provided to me, an agreement was reached between the parties in order resolve the matter. The recent pandemic changed the manner in which businesses and medical practices have been obliged to operate but throughout the process, Ms Mahzabin has been able to navigate through the administrative challenges the pandemic presented and has persevered in dealing with these - I have been confident with the service and advice provided throughout. At all times, Ms Mahzabin has effectively advised me through the stages of reaching a settlement which is much appreciated.
