Dec 16,2023I made my reservation with All American. I made numerous attempts to reach them prior to by flight through the website and also by phone because I was concerned that all would go smoothly. I finally reached them by phone two days prior to my flight. I was given specific instructions about the phone number to call to make contact with my criver and the place to wait to make contact with the driver. I did as instructed upon arrival at the airport. I called the phone number I was told to call. I waited where I was told to wait for over an hour. The driver never showed up. I was forced to take a taxi.

Aug 30,2022Used All American Limousine a few times now. Always on time, with great drivers. The online booking has to be the most user friendly and easy booking I have done anywhere. A live person walks you through all the details via text and sends a link to complete the booking. All around, a great company to use for transportation.

Jun 20,2022Called them because when you click BOOK NOW on their website it has multiple giant panels that say call us. So I called, tried to order a limo, gave all the details, the woman said great we can do it. Told her I need a meet and greet she said no problem just go on our website and. book it. I said can I just book it with you. NO just go to our website. So I do it. Completed within 2 minutes of me hanging up. I get a phone call back then from another person that says, sorry sir we dont have any cars today??? What a joke. Never again.

Oct 31,2019I used All American Limousine for my sister Samantha's wedding on August 17. We ordered a Party Bus and a black Stretch Limo. Her wedding was in Downers Grove, southwest of Chicago. The drivers were John and Sally and they were both fantastic. I recommend this limo company for anyone trying get to transportation for their wedding.

Feb 24,2024We used All American Limousine for a round trip limo service to O'Hare Airport from Chicago. Everything was smooth and comfortable. The driver was Dan and he was courteous. I booked them for the return trip a few days later and everything was seamless. All I had to do was give them a call when I was ready for my pickup and the driver arrived within 5 mins from the limo lot. Great Car Service overall.
