Aug 11,2021You state items in my cart, don't ship to your location. They have before, as far back as 2015. You, also state we don't ship to Minnesota. ( I have always lived in Minnesota, U.S.A.)

Aug 09,2021Packaging was poor. Two puzzles were wrapped only with brown paper. No notice was given that they had been delivered so they sat on my porch during a torrential downpour. The outside packaging was drenched and the plastic wrap on each puzzle was compromised, resulting in wet boxes. Fortunately, the pieces were in plastic bags so we’re not ruined. I would hope you would use better packaging in the future.
