Very quick shipping given the distance, and interesting puzzles. A little expensive, but the shipping is reasonable for shipping overseas.

These are quality puzzles and they arrived very quickly. The graphics are colorful. I love the choice of the 500 XL size. As I have gotten older I need bigger pieces because my eyes don't see as well as they used to. I am very happy with my puzzles.

I appreciate the way they responded when I felt we should have received to puzzle sooner! They were quick to respond and polite! They explained that the product was coming from overseas and would take just a few more days. And it did just that!

I have a friend who does and owns a lot of jigsaw puzzles and finding new ones becomes very difficult so I go on line to find companies who sell them and it was great to have another place to look. I would recommend your company to any jigsaw puzzle enthusiast to have a look at your website.

Paid extra to track my order and was not able to track with the tracking numbers provided to me. The tracking site was not able to identify the tracking number. Also, box was not packaged well. The tape was just barely stuck to box and was falling off. One side of box was partially open revealing the contents. Packaging tape was separating from that side. The contents however were not damaged but could have been easily lost due to open flap on box. Unhappy customer and will not purchase from Alljigsaws in the future.

Excellent service! Order was shipped promptly, but arrived in poor condition due to FedEx handling. All Jigsaw Puzzles immediately sent a replacement order, which arrived without problems. Will definitely buy from this company again.
