My personalized puzzle came promptly and exactly as I had expected. This was even without a specific address but a local park. I would definitely use this company again for a personalized puzzle!

We're very happy with the portable 1500 piece puzzle holder. We are currently using it to prevent grandbabies from "helping" and a cat from chewing our puzzles pieces...perfect solution. We're also looking forward to taking it in our RV. Love it!

Product to way longer to ship then promised. You could not track your package. Very hard to get a hold of someone at company. Would not recommed

There was no friction, per se, but the shipping service was completely unacceptable. I emailed a number of times and never received adequate information as to when my parcel would arrive. It was many weeks before it finally did arrive-and completely missed the occasions for which I was supposed to give. I would not recommend your business to friends!
