Nov 19,2020Purchased an item from the US branch for shipping to Canada. Received tracking # advising the item was shipped, no record of the tracking number with a shipping company whose name I do not recognise. I expect delays with COVID but as the package # does not exist I am unable to track and locate. I have submitted a support request through the website, followed up with an e-mail and left a voicemail as there is no answer when calling customer service. I have not had any response from them at all. Mistakes happen and packages can get lost but the lack of support reflects very poor after sales service.
