The shopping experience was fine. But the product is thin cheap wobbly plastic. The carrying case is the same cheap plastic with the bendable tabs that are going to snap. Nothing has a stable shape. Do not put anything on top of the case or it will crack through. The stacking trays are about .5 inch tall. It looks like the leftover packing trash from opening a toy.

My jigsaw 'Mountain Road' came in a relatively small box which meant that the picture on the box was quite small and therefore made the jigsaw hard to complete. Also the quality of the jigsaw pieces was not good - they felt rough and cheap. I was a little disappointed generally!
