Jan 03,2024I give this company a 1 star rating because of their dishonest cancellation policy which you cannot find out what it actually is on their website. The only way to cancel is to email them and then after that beware, keep an eye out because they may still bill you again and again even after receiving confirmation emails that you account has been cancelled. When a company plays around with my money and dishonestly charges my credit card (cannot be manually removed) my rating of that company will always be low. When you click on "my account" it just keeps taking you in circles because your own account is hidden.

Dec 22,2023I have always loved to read as long as I can remember! There just doesn't seem to be enough hours in a day for me to do so. Recently, I tried an audiobook, and, loved it just the same! Probably even a tad more of I'm being completely honest. Just wasn't a fan of how costly they can get! So coming across this website has been so AWESOME for me. Not only do they allow a 30 day FREE trial, but your also given UNLIMITED downloads, which are yours to keep! And the ongoing price after your trial ends is simply UNBEATABLE!

Dec 21,2023They don’t have many good book options, very limited and they make it almost impossible to cancel you membership, they don’t tell you when your free period is over either. I have been charged for the passed two months when I have never used it due to the fact that no where on the website or the app can you cancel your account.

Nov 03,2023I browsed this website and to this day I have never used it as the books are so old and when you search for authors it comes up with names you have never heard of, but most of all they have been taking my money out of my accounts even though they can clearly see i have never used their services £16:00 for 6 months is quite a lot and they are so smart they do not notify you that they are taking your money. I only noticed as all my other bills kept being returned as they were insufficient funds. this company was just taking my money for nothing. Also books can be found in charity shops that is how old these books are.
