They marketed the house very quickly and organised a lot of viewings in a short time scale which meant that we sold the property very quickly. They rang us on a regular basis to provide updates and sorted out an energy survey and a solicitor for us. I can 100% recommend this Estate Agent if you are selling a property in the Dovecot or Huyton area. Many thanks to the whole Alpha Team.

I would highly recommend this company, especially Becky who has been amazing throughout this experience. Nothing has been too much trouble for her. Becky has talked me through everything every step of the way, she is prompt at replying, has given me updates without me asking and has been so patient with me when I have asked her the same thing a million times over. Although this is a business transaction, Becky has made it feel personal, she has made me feel like she is in it with me and the level of service I have received from her has been amazing. I couldn't of wished for anyone better than Becky to help me secure my dream house.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, Leah was always on the ball with the correspondence and they were always there when we needed them. I won’t be going anywhere else if we came to sell again and will only be recommending this company from now on to friends and family. Aug 10,2022Leah and Becky couldn't have been more helpful with my purchase. The process took a lot longer than anticipated due to issues with selling my new build and then the house I was buying went into probate and we then had to arrange the transfer of gifted land into my name, They kept in touch throughout, updating me regularly, phoning solicitors to chase and were just amazing. After 9 months we finally completed the purchase. When I finally met Leah on the day I collected the keys, we both said it was like finally meeting our best friend, we had both spoken so often! I would highly recommend Alpha-move, they definitely go above and beyond to move things along. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, but hopefully this will be my forever home at last!!

The house buying process can be very stressful but she kept me constantly updated and helped me a lot guiding me through out it. If I will need to sell my house a day, I know where to go.
