Jan 24,2022We have just sold our house with Alpha move and the service we experienced from start to finish was exceptional. The owner has a vast knowledge of the local area and is very skilled in his ability to drive competition for sale in order to not only get the best price for your property but also the best buyer. The staff are also amazing. They are all friendly, approachable and pro-active. Becky was responsible for our sale and I can honestly say our sale would not have gone through so fast without her. She would continuously provide us with updates and would chase up the relevant people in order for our sale to progress as quickly as possible. She is an asset to the company. Would definitely use again and 100% recommend.

Jan 24,2022I have been dealing in property for 46 years and have had many many dealings with estate agents. I initially contacted 3 different local estate agents but decided to instruct Alpha as they had what I thought was the best record of selling comparable properties in the same area . I felt strongly that the marketing of the property was both positive and dynamic . At all times during the sale process I was always kept informed of any developments . The communication by all staff that I dealt with at Alpha was always totally professional and first class . Due to difficult family circumstances Alpha acted very sensitively relaying all information and developments to all interested parties. I can not thank them enough for all their help with the difficult family situation. Many thanks to all staff at Alpha but especially Paul , Becky and Leah . Jan 15,2022Amazing service throughout the whole process. I was looked after primarily by Becky who kept me constantly updated via regular emails and phone calls about what was going on. When problems arose she was right on top of everything, chasing up and keeping pressure on solicitors etc to get matters resolved. There were inevitably a few delays and her attitude was always pragmatic and she just got on with sorting matters out to move things forward. She has an excellent blend of professionalism mixed with a friendly attitude. I would highly recommend Becky and all her colleagues at Apha-Move if you are looking for a top quality estate agent for your house move.

Leah and Becky have gone above and beyond, chasing parts of the chain and my buyers solicitors. Between them they done more for me than my own solicitors some days! They get back to you when they say they will and don't leave you waiting for a call back for days on end. Thank you again to Leah and Becky for doing an amazing job.

They were beyond supportive from the very beginning with booking viewings around working hours, chasing solicitors, breaking things down into laymen's terms (we were first time buyers with no clue what we were doing), right through to the very last day and handing us our keys. I dealt with Becky in the office who went out of her way throughout the whole process and is so good at her job, I would totally recommend alpha and feel if I was doing this process again they would be my go to estate agency.

Sep 03,2021We used Alpha to sell our parents house as it was a local estate agent. Our experience was extremely positive and I cannot recommend them highly enough. A special thanks go to Paul & Leah but the whole team, without exception always treated us with courtesy. Regardless of who answered the phone, we were re-assured, messages were taken nothing was ever too much trouble. And everyone is so cheerful and friendly. A fantastic team; thank you all so much.

Apr 20,2022I used Alpha Move to sell my house after a recommendation from a work colleague. The agent arrived on time to meet us and went through all choices available to us, I decided on a 'open day' for potentially buyers and was not disappointed. I recieved all offers 3 days later and accepted the offer that was best for me. During the next 6-8 weeks I was kept informed and up to date via email and telephone calls by Becky on all that was happening related to the property. Becky contacted me before my solicitor did on everything which I was so grateful for. I have closed sale today and can honestly say it was so easy and stress free and all credit goes to the excellent communication from Alpa Move and especially Becky.
