Nov 06,2019Recieved an excellent service from Stephen and the team when i sold my previous home. They worked with me to ensure that i was comfortable with the process ( as i was keen to show people around my home) and were accomodating and knowledgable when i called for additional progress updates. I felt that they did everything to support the sale of my home, within the preice range we wanted.

They found a buyer very quickly and pushed my sale through in a couple of months. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Nov 03,2019One of many agents we called for a valuation. Along with the others, they alleged they had people waiting to buy houses in the road. Once on the market we were underwhelmed by the interest. We had 3 or 4 requests to view of which only one actually turned up. Sold the house privately in the end. Much as I prefer to support local business, the service provided does not support the fees being charged.
