Oct 21,2020Justin White first reached out to me about refinancing and I let him know that I felt I was in a pretty good spot and gave him a rate and let him know that if it dropped to that low reach back out and we could start the process. Well little did I know Justin took very good notes and a couple of months later he reached back out to me with great news that rates had dropped to below what rate I gave him in our previous conversation. I started the process from there at is was a very smooth process Justin and Jamie Sherman were a great Duo to work with and had very upfront conversations when it came to timeframes and additional documentation that may or will be needed. They always followed back up when they said they would and we closed a week earlier than expected, in which was no doubt due to the great work by both Justin and Jamie. If you need a refi you should reach out to Justin even if you are just thinking about it and have questions to ask as he will take care of you right then or later when he sees a great opportunity for you are your family. Thanks to you both Justin and Jamie keep up the hard work!

Oct 18,2020I recently re-financed with AFC and was more that satisfied with the experience. There were a few challenges in the process to get to the closing table ( none to fault of AFC), however alternatives were provided leading to a satisfactory solution. I dealt with Justin White and Nichole Epps. Both were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and informative throughout the entire process. The consistent communication and teamwork from these 2 were second to none and greatly appreciated. I will defiantly be recommending American financing to family and friends and certainly will utilize them for future needs.
