Mar 01,2022(American Financing)I heard of this company on the radio,was kind of skeptical to use;BUT when I tell you Ms Julee Ketelhut made it all worth it. She kept all lines of communication open. I was never in the dark about any of the process.I appreciate their business aspect on the refinance ,mostly appreciated Julee for being patient,knowledgeable and accessible.

Craig was willing to answer any questions that we had. I would highly recommend American Financing. The extra money saved through a lower rate will be such a help to our family.

Feb 15,2022This refinance was the worse! The gentleman that helped me with my refinance jerked me around for several months. Then when I tried to back out I was told I would have to still pay the refinance amount either way. To top it off the paperwork wasn't don't correctly for my homeowners insurance. There was some kind of miscommunication and my homeowners insurance was cancelled. I found out months later. I would never use this company or recommend them.

Feb 11,2022I recently refinanced my home through American financing. My agent was Andrew Paulson. HE IS AMAZING!! He is one of the most genuine, ridiculously patient, competent, efficient, true to his word people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Every step of the process was painless and that is not typically my experience with banks. The process moved along quickly. Andrew was so easy to reach, he responded immediately every time I had a question and acknowledged every document I sent right away. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I plan to use him in the near future for a home equity loan, I've already recommended this company to some other friends, and my son will be using them for his first home loan. I'm so glad I found them and I feel lucky to have gotten Andrew for my agent. I recommend them both highly!

Jan 21,2022What a great company! I have listened to the endorsement from my favorite talk show host for a year and when the time was right I went to the site and filled out my application. Dec 10 2021 to closing on Jan 17th 2022 this has been the most stress free business transaction I have done in many years. I was contacted by Justin White, my mortgage consultant within an hour and scheduled our initial interview call the next day which was a Saturday, my only day off. Within just a few minutes speaking with him it felt as if we had been friends for years. I was kept updated on a consistent basis and if not him updating me, nothing was missed with Heather Lorber my processor who was on the job with any information to pass along. The portal was the best and easiest platform I have ever used. Not enough stars to give to this company, Justin, Heather and the entire team right down to the local notary who came to our home. I sure wish I was an important or famous person so my endorsement would reach more people, but you'll have to just take it from this old common guy who needed help and got more than expected!
