May 29,2022I also purchased sliver coins in 9/2020. After a few weeks I called the company for an ETA and was told they were delayed. However the money was taken out of my bank account the day I made the purchase. I continued calling weekly for updates with the same reply "DELAYED". The CS was friendly as acted as though she wanted to help. After many many calls to AHB. the CS said I could get a refund. I said I wanted a refund. She sent an email with the refund details. I never received the refund in my bank account. I immediately contacted my bank fraud department. The only reason my bank returned my money was because the email they sent me had the details of the money being direct deposited to my account that was never sent. I was fortunate to get my money back!

Mar 31,2022I would give a negative 100 if possible. I ordered silver coins on 05/18/2020, and sent them a check for $11688.00 after dozens of phone calls and run around from the operators on phone, I finally gave up on the coins and opted for a refund on 03/13/2021. They said it would take 10 days to process and send. 10 days after that the same thing again. I then had an Attorney send demand letters which did nothing. They said they sent the check but it wasn't cashed and to verify my address to send a replacement check which never arrived. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the California Attorney General's office which has done nothing either. My next step is to sue them in small claims court which I am preparing to do now since it has been almost two years with no results.

Nov 26,2021i placed an order and after 4 months, never received it. Called and they asked if i wanted a refund and i said yes. Waited for refund, had to call twice and they kept saying its on the way. Called third time and they wanted to connect me with the support dept. never heard anything. Been a little over a year and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND OR PRODUCT! SCAMMERS!!!!!

Sep 06,2021I would give NEGATIVE 5! Total scam company. After waiting a YEAR (yes, a year), I finally asked for a refund. Got emails confirming, but no refund. After disputing the 4 charges, they claim they sent one of the orders. LIARS! DO NOT FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Jul 19,2021Shady and Dishonest,Fraud!!! I've been waiting 26 MONTHS for my order… On March 11, 2019, I ordered gold eagle rolls from them. They cashed my check on March 13, 2019. I repeatedly contacted them over the next months and was told they are still waiting for gold eagles from the US Mint. Finally on July 7, 2019 I was able to get someone on the phone to cancel the order. Since then no refund has been sent. Most of the time no one answers the phone but when I do get someone they say they will look into it and I should call back the next day. Most of the times I call back, no answer. They don't respond to email messages or website forms.

Jun 15,2021Ordered in Sept 2020 and I followed up once a month via phone. 95% of the time, no one answered at any extension. No messages were ever returned. On the rare occasion that someone answered, it was always 'Annie'. I was told there were product delays due to 'covid'. 8 months later in April 2021, I was told that I could cancel the order for a full refund via a check in the mail. It's been 1 month and I still have not received the check. 'Annie' claims it's 'in process'. My bank has initiated an investigation and issued a 'wire transfer recall request'. This has gone unanswered. BEWARE: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ENTITY.

May 29,2021I placed an order for silver in May of 2020. NOTHING! I've phoned & emailed AHB every other month since my order and EACH TIME was told it would be sent the following month, and Covid was the reason for delay. I'm 100% convinced this (AHB) is completely FRAUDULENT! Its a total scam. If there's a "favorable" Review; they posted it! They are not legit! DO NOT ..... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY, AND NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT! BBB has them in the toilet. I do not understand why police & FBI are not stepping in to help the countless SCAMED customers! If you try to use them, you will 100% loose your money! DON'T DO IT! Their scam is very professional. Their CS is well coached to APPEAR legit, and will continue to put you off by claiming you'll get your coins the next month. But it won't happen. "AHB"as they're called is a smoothly operated, & organized Fraudulent group of thieves. Someone there is getting very wealthy by continually scamming people to purchase their bullion (that do NOT exist). Only question is ..... WHY haven't authorities stepped in to arrest & clean house?

Apr 13,2021Like most negative reviews on this site, I too have been scammed. My refund has not be refunded and I probably will never see it again. It’s a shame that these people resort to lies and trickery. Their accounting department is irresponsible and only lie to protect themselves. The one female accounting representative that occasionally answers is not only dishonest, but down right rude. No customer service skills at all. She could never figure out anything and always states that she cannot help any further. She is totally clueless and part of the scam. Suggest gathering everyone on this site to file a class action lawsuit!

Apr 09,2021April 28, 2021 update: As of today and since April 5th, I have tried to call them 4 or 5 times. They don't answer the phone. I have sent several emails requesting either my coins or my money back and I get ....... Silence, no response at all. But my account still show "unfulfilled" on their website. Go figure. If there was a negative star that's what they would have gotten from me. I ordered Silver Eagles on June 10, 2020. I never got them. in July and August I was told that there were delays in getting their coins and it would be September before I got them. Conveniently that is the amount of time that the credit card company gives you to file a claim. After that no claim will be accepted. And after that is when they stopped answering the phone calls, emails or chat request on their. There are plenty of comments about them being a scam company and I guess that is what they are. I ordered the coins in January 2021 from another company and got them a few days later.

Apr 09,2021American Heritage Bullion are SCAMMERS. I never received my coin after months of waiting, so I canceled my order and asked for a refund. I never received my refund. I contacted my credit card company to dispute charge. American Heritage gave them some song and dance that I waited too long to ask for a refund. This is a very dishonest company.

Mar 11,2021Do not buy from these people they are a scam. My husband ordered coins from them July 2020 (9 months ago). Coins worth 2,300 he never received the coins until today and when we call to ask for our money back they are not helpful nor friendly. Please people don't buy from them I don't want to see anyone else hurt like they did to us. (They are evil people)

Mar 10,2021I bought platinum below spot and was suppose to mail a check. Fortunately, I never mailed that check. No way to communicate directly with them. Leave a message, send an email. Started to research and see all the bad reviews.

Mar 09,2021Would give negative stars if it were available. BUYER BEWARE!! The AHB website does not update the inventory even though you’re able to “add to cart”. When I asked why the $4,000+ 1928 $1000 note would take approx a month to deliver (even though I live near Beverly Hills “their location”), the rep said she doesn’t know why. How does a rep NOT know the reason behind inventory/shipping delays? Shipping is a simple process. When I asked the rep if she was aware of the poor shipping reviews? She said, no I’m not and I don’t care. As a customer, I can’t trust this terrible business with my money.

Feb 23,2021Shady and dishonest. Do not purchase from them. I ordered a product and put it on a payment plan via PayPal. After about four months of payments they started declining the recurring payment, and informed me I needed to pay with a different method. They would NOT accept a credit card, however. Nor would they accept a Zelle payment. They also wouldn’t take any other type of payment that was remotely convenient. I was finally told that paying by check was now my only option to pay. I have since asked for a cancellation and full refund of my already made payments. They have done nothing but give me the runaround. I have received zero dollars back so far. Stay far away from this company.

Feb 03,2021BUYER BEWARE! Scam artist. You will receive nothing. Been waiting since May 2020 for 2020 Silver coins. It's already 2021! They are trying to run the "clock" on your ability to ask for your money back from your credit card company or bank card. You have around 60 days to get your hard earned money back per Federal Fair Credit Act. Ask for your back money ASAP. Write them, send a chat message. Keep all communications copies and screen shots for claims through your bank and credit card companies.

Jan 16,2021I would give "zero" ratings if it is possible. They are a big scammer. My order was delayed more then 6 months. No follow-up. Then I can cancelled the order. It is more than 3 weeks and they aren't returning back my money. Can a Class Action lawsuit be filed?

Oct 26,2023Absolute thieves! They took my $1,197.50 for silver coins and carefully lied and delayed until they became completely unresponsive. I made the initial order June 18, 2021 and have been chasing them ever since! The Beverly Hills address was also a clever front! These people are professional thieves. How do we find them and shut them down from scamming other people? I would also like to get my money back!
