Jan 14,2025This is by far one of the best companies I have dealt with in terms of service, delivery, installing, communication and after sales service. I ordered a large pergola to be fitted which looks fabulous and is a very sturdy and tidy bit of kit. It was fitted by two friendly, professional and hard working chaps. The whole process was stress free. Rachel even responded to me out of hours which i never expect but it shows they go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company for any of your outdoor living needs. They are superb!

The workmen were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. Despite the freezing weather, they worked diligently without a single complaint. Highly recommend!

From our initial visit to the showroom, explanation of our options, quotation to installation customer service was excellent - never any pressure to purchase and sound advice on what was a difficult location to install. The installation team were brilliant - they worked so hard and managed some technical issues really effectively. We would highly recommend AMO as a business - a great friendly team delivering a very high quality product with excellent customer service.

The team fitting the awning were careful and cleaned up after themselves. We are delighted with the awning. A great company all round.

Jul 16,2024When my wife and I started looking to have a large aluminium pergola installed on our home, we contacted a small number of companies that were advertising to obtain quotations. We visited the Amo showroom and received a warm reception and came away with some ideas to think about. Over the course of the next couple of weeks we were impressed with how quickly they responded to the requests for different configuration pricing and advised us as we came to our final specification decision. We picked Amo to place our order with because they came across as professional, customer focussed and efficient as well as being competitively priced and we are glad we did. The Amo installation team of Nigel, Will and Owen have installed a beautiful 7m x 4m Tarasola pergola to the rear of my home with a friendly professional and quality focussed approach that I am delighted with and is credit to their company. Throughout the whole purchase and installation process, Rachel, Abby and the team have been a pleasure to do business with and I am now looking forward to being able to use my pergola to have an additional entertainment/leisure space and take advantage of the outdoor space in the not so predictable British climate. The cost of a pergola of this size is not inconsiderable and it’s great to know that we made the right decision. I would not hesitate to recommend Amo Group to anyone.

Nov 30,2023I contacted AMO regarding the potential for a Pergola over my patio which was raised due to my house having a sloping garden. Rachael was fantastic advising on the various product options which AMO could supply and fit. After visiting the showroom and Abby enthusiastically demonstrating a Tarasola Simple Pergola, this helped me decided on the Tarasola Elegancy Pergola product for my requirements. Will, then measured up and AMO confirmed they could supply and fit this Pergola. Abby confirmed the order and explained the lead times for ordering the product, which was very reasonable. Will and Nigel then cheerfully built and fitted the Pergola in typical British winter weather. The end result is better than I could have imagined with a very reasonably priced Pergola in my opinion with a retractable roof with lights, electronic rolling side blinds, heater and Bluetooth speakers. I cannot wait until the warm weather returns when I can utilise the Pergola fully. Thank you AMO. You are truly are a exceptionally passionate well orgainsed company providing a unique customer experience where nothing requested was too great a ask. I felt the AMO team were sharing my excitement on this journey as this project started and was delivered. I would have no hesitation in recommending AMO for the wide choice of products offered and the way they then strive to meet the customers requirements at reasonable prices.

Sep 10,2023You answered my questions fully, your representatives arrived both times when they said they would and were polite and helpful, the installers worked (as far as I could tell) quickly and well, the awnings themselves do what they said they would, and altogether the experience has been as easy and pleasant as possible. It's early days, so I haven't needed backup yet (hope never), but so far so excellent.

The engineers arrived today, very promptly, they assembled the awning and fitted it to the outside wall. The guys were very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service thank you 😁

Not only did AMO beat its competitors on price, it also exceeded all expectations in relation to customer service. Rachael and her time were fantastic. We've been using this company for over 25 years and they have given great service and reliability. For any shops or businesses that are looking to replace their old cover or need a new awning I would highly recommend this company.😃 Give them a call 📞 01924 412666 Well done to the lads that fitted it in the Minus 3°C temperatures on Friday Monday🥶❄️❄️❄️ We kept them going with fresh hot pies and hot coffee.
