Dec 05,2024Ordered an item. Talked to some friends after who had terrible experiences with Angara having jewelry falling apart. I then emailed and talked to a customer service rep to cancel my order within 10 hours of ordering. I was told it would be cancelled. I get a notification an hour or two later that the item shipped. They then tell me I will have to refuse delivery to get a refund. Very frustrating that I was told the order was cancelled, then they ship it, and I have to be home to refuse delivery.
