Dec 05,2024Ordering jewelry by mail order is my first time. So I had to rely on descriptions and pictures which are very good, very explicit, all dimensions, all stone qualities detailed. An enormous range of stones and gold qualities to choose from, which is hardly available in a regular jewelry shop. Extras like wider ring size are included. Shipping is incredibly fast and the new precious piece is presented in a beautiful, sturdy jewelry box. The company is definitely trustworthy. Of course, nothing beats the experience of trying a piece on in person. Having said this, the ring looks exactly like described. Maybe just a little smaller than the pictures may make believe. Perfect craftsmanship. I am very happy with my new ring and can definitely recommend Angara.

You used UPS, this time, all previous orders (4 of them) were FEDEX, they sent me a text with a window and said someone needed to be there to sign. Easy. Wonderful. Experience this time with UPS: I sign up for text messages, they confirm I’ve signed up. I receive no messages. I leave the house for 2 hours, they attempt to deliver. I go to UPS website there’s only a tracking update now that says a package from Thailand will be delivered between 3-5:00 that day when the attempted delivery had just happened at 1:00, that same day. I sign up for text messages again, still none sent. I call UPS, they say package will be delivered again next day, I get 2 different stories from call center and website about the estimated time the next day, one says 12:00-3:00 and the other says 3:00-5:00. I don’t know who to believe so I lose another day, package was ultimately delivered at 2:00, NO NOTIFICATIONS FROM UPS. Oh yeah after they delivered it, and I signed for it, they FINALLY sent me a text to tell me I’d signed for it, and it had been delivered. Great customer service (NOT).
