It took about two weeks because I paid for the IGI certification, and in retrospect, with the small size of the diamonds on the ring I ordered to match my engagement ring, that probably wasn’t necessary, but that’s on me. This emerald cut ring is absolutely gorgeous!!! I purchased an extra band to go with it, but it didn’t need it. The only regret I have is not getting the 1.50 solitaire instead of the 1 carat. The lighted box it came in was wonderful. Andrea in customer service was excellent also Noni on chat was great helping me make my purchase. This is the second purchase I have made and I’m looking forward to the next.

The earrings are lovely and have an incredible sparkle. I only gave four stars because the stones are not matched. One diamond is visibly larger than the other. I kept them because the size difference is not so noticeable on the ears.
The earrings exceeded my expectations. The diamonds are beautiful and sparkly. The white gold setting is very shiny. They feel great in my ears. They are well balanced. They are a great value also.
For some reason never given to me, this company will not sell to me! My first order was charged to my credit card, and then didn't ship. When I checked, they said the ring was being made and was being checked on or something. Then the charge was refunded and all contact stopped. I placed two or three orders after that. They were all refused. Then the last one was confirmed, and the pending charge appeared. The next day it was gone and no one will tell me why. I was told that they won't do business with me. No reason why. And then, on the live chat, the agent told me to stop contacting them! You tell me: WTH?? Has anyone else had a similar experience with this incredibly horrible company??? Does anyone know any possible reasons why I got treated this way? The answer supplied below is inaccurate. They NEVER talked to me. I left multiple messages for a call back. Sometimes I was told that they had no information about WHY my credit card was not being accepted. I tried other cards to try to get one accepted. First they WERE accepted, and then they would be refunded with no explanation given. They actually charged my card for a ring, then never sent it, then long after they refunded the charge. When I called I was told there was no one available to talk to me, and they had no idea why my cards were rejected. The last contact I had with them was a live chat where the agent just stopped responding. After giving me absolutely no information, she said that I should stop trying to contact them! After which she refused to answer anything I said. THEY ABSOLUTELY NEVER OFFERED ME ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW I COULD GET AN ORDER ACCEPTED. I WOULD HAVE DONE ANYTHING THEY ASKED, INCLUDING PAYING BY CHECK OR CASH IF POSSIBLE! THEY REFUSED TO TALK TO ME REPEATEDLY, AND NEVER ONCE SHOWED ANY INTEREST IN WORKING THINGS OUT! I have an excellent credit history and a very high credit card limit. Why this company choose to throw away multiple thousands of dollars I was trying to give them is a business model I can't imagine makes much sense. I only hope they suffer more losses of business like their treatment of me caused. Update: It is an absolute lie that they never charged me. They took my first order for a ring and charged my credit card almost 3K. Then they didn't send the ring! When I tried to find out what was going on, their only message stated that their high standards were causing delay as they inspected the ring to assure it met those standards. After a week or sol I found the refund on my credit card. No notice, no explanation. I called. I emailed. I tried to chat. No explanation except the credit card was declined. No reason why...
