Besides being able to do research about each piece, see options in 3D and in different materials, and being able to customize by size, they have delivered on quality every time. I love my pieces: all very sparkly and made beautifully. My last order came a week later than estimate provided on the website at time of ordering; however, not a deal breaker for me. I could track the progress of my order, and the delivery was right to my door, well packaged and discreet.

Dec 15,2023This is NOT my first rodeo with Anjolee, two necklaces now, many bracelets and earrings. The reason I keep coming back is the quality. Not junk like other companies, and I get to upgrade the size, unlike Effy, who has nice stuff, but to me, no choice in size, and you cannot upgrade. (A plus with them is no tax in CA). The emerald necklace was gorgeous! My wife loved it!

Nov 01,2023When my wife and I became engaged in 1972, I purchased a beautiful diamond and solid (950) platinum engagement ring for her in the New York City Diamond District (47th St.). We are now celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary in 2023 and I wanted to surprise my wife with a 50-diamond tennis bracelet in 950 platinum. I simply could not find diamond/950 platinum bracelets in retail fine jewelry stores (except very high end Tiffany & Co.), so I looked for online jewelers and discovered Anjolee. Over the years, I have always purchased fine jewelry at brick-and-mortar stores, so I was a bit uncomfortable in purchasing fine jewelry online. I looked more closely at Anjolee's back story and learned that they got their start as a jewelry maker in the NYC Diamond District in 1977. They then moved their business to California in the early 2000's and expanded online sales in 2007. So it appears that Anjolee has been successfully serving its customers for 46 years with a full line of customized fine jewelry, and that was reassuring. I was also reassured by the overwhelmingly positive customer reviews on TrustPilot. So, with a bit of apprehension, I decided to make my first online fine jewelry purchase with them. I began to look carefully at several of Anjolee's diamond/950 platinum bracelets and had many questions. The people in Anjolee's customer service patiently answered each and every question promptly and in a courteous and professional manner. When I placed my order I was given a delivery timeline, but more importantly, Anjolee provided a way to track the progress of my custom order through their jewelry making process. After the bracelet was made and passed a quality inspection, it was placed in a lighted jewelry gift box that was very carefully packaged for shipping. I received the bracelet before the promised delivery date, and was very impressed with its elegant craftsmanship and sparkling beauty. I surprised my wife with the diamond tennis bracelet on our 50th Anniversary day and she loved it! I was so impressed with Anjolee that I have ordered a diamond pendant necklace from them as a Christmas gift for my wife. This necklace will be a lovely complement to her diamond tennis bracelet. Thanks Anjolee for an overall wonderful experience!

Jul 11,2023This is my second purchase from Anjolee. First, my husband purchased a three stone diamond ring for me and then recently a diamond tennis bracelet. I absolutely love the unique designs, beautiful stones and the brilliance of the stones. People often notice and comment on how beautiful the jewelry is. Anjolee is now my go to jeweler whenever I want something new! The only area I have seen as a drawback to purchasing from Anjolee, is having to send my jewelry back via mail for cleaning, resizing, repairs, general maintenance. Trusting mail service with anything is unpredictable, let alone a piece of jewelry that cost thousands of dollars. Yes, the package can be insured but it feels like a hassle and stressful to send and then wait, wondering will my package arrive as expected. Anjolee can’t control this but it does cause me postpone cleanings and maintenance of my jewelry because of the worry my jewelry could be lost. I wish they had some satellites or agreed upon arrangements with local jewelers for the simple maintenance services to remove this dependency.
