Mar 06,2023I would have given 5 stars because the quality of the jewelry is excellent, but the customer service isn't. They offer a service now that wasn't available when I purchased my wedding band to order a silver cz dummy ring to wear instead, in places you may not want to wear your treasured ring. I reached out to them Oct 8th, 2021 on Facebook about being able to order a dummy ring and they never responded. I guess the only way they respond is if you are willing to spend 1000s of dollars. Again the jewelry is beautiful and I use to recommend them all the time, but not now because they don't respond, so I can't trust they would if you actually have a concern about any item ordered.
