Apr 25,2022Delivery of the wrong item: I usually love shopping from here and I recommend the website to all of my friends and even my wider circles. The last time, I ordered certain ingredients for Ramadan including dried aubergines and sweet peppers. However, the peppers were apparently leftovers from the dragons of Game of Thrones because they are like burning your whole mouth and face instantly so that you can't fight back or mild it down with other food. I understand it is easy to mix peppers but it's not possible for the person to understand that they're the wrong ones before using them either. The worst thing is I stuffed all those peppers for my Ramadan guests and I don't know what I'm gonna do with 40 pieces of fire sitting in my fridge. Other than that, it was fast and nicely packed.

Apr 15,2022They sent wrong item.They dont respond to inquiries. Bad after sale support. And baklava quality is not as good as it used to be. Baklava drown in full of syrup, as if they were covering up low quality ingredients. You cannot fool baklava gurus, especially from antep. Edit: Respond to their reply. They called me right after seeing my review here. How lovely! I sent inquiry about wrong item through the link on their website using "Contact". I added my email and phone number into the inquiry. They say now they did not receive it. Either they are being dishonest or their website is broken. Again, I ordered baklava because of previous orders. But this time, baklava was bad quality, drown in syrup, leaking all over the package.

Apr 09,2022My package was several days late in arriving, but this was the fault of the carriers (DLP). It had been dispatched very promptly by Anthap. I received a very friendly telephone call from Anthap apologising for the delay, so have no problems at all with their service. And the product itself is excellent!

May 21,2022Have used this company several times over the last 2+ years and the goods are truly excellent. And I say this as a highly selective, demanding person. Impressive is their range and consistency in quality. And so criteria are met for repeat orders. Anthap rightly take pride in their mainly domestic produce. The suppliers are good and stocks are kept in optimal conditions to ensure freshness. Service is exemplary as well. Orders are securely packed and swiftly delivered. Queries are handled by a pleasant and informative receptionist. Summarising my experience with anthap; they're a well-run, honest and reliable company - always a pleasure dealing with.
