Jun 24,2021WOW!! Anthony Quirk will always be my go to place to sell my property. The whole team throughout the sale were always helpful & always keept me up to date at every stage. Also a massive shoutout to Rico, who was at the end of a phone everytime I had a question. moving is stressful but he took some of that stress away by being so helpful & explaining everything. When we are due to sell/ buy again I'll decently be coming back to AQ! Thanks again guys for getting us over the finishing line.

Jun 18,2021Highly recommend Anthony Quirk! Georgia, Ryan and Rico have been on a bit of a journey with us whilst we have been looking for our first home to say the least! Ryan and Rico saw us almost weekly for viewings, saw offers get accepted, us unfortunately have to pull out of a house, listened to our feedback on houses that weren't quite for us, and very quickly understood the type of house we were looking for. The current market meant houses were going quickly, and Ryan and Rico would book us in for houses as soon as they came to market. The house we have now exchanged on was one that Ryan and Rico recommended we view - we hadn't even seen it on rightmove when we agreed on viewing, and they were spot on. Perfect for us! From the start (first looking at houses) until now it has been around 8/9 months, and AQ have been amazing. Georgia is an absolute credit to the team and has chased and chased for us to get things done. She has amazing customer service and has bent over backwards to help us. A huge thank you to all of you, especially Ryan, Rico and Georgia.

Only eligible candidates were booked for viewings to save time wasting. All negotiations went smoothly and the lengthy chain seemed to move seamlessly without any issues, with thanks to AQ to be a part of this transition. Would definitely recommend, 5 stars all round 👌🏽

May 10,2021We have recently exchanged contracts on a property we are purchasing through Anthony Quirk and Co. We dealt with Chris Fitzsimons and Lenny Fitzsimons who were professional, polite and extremely helpful. Although we were not their clients they were in regular contact with us and kept us up to date throughout the process. In fact we had more contact and help from Anthony Qurik and Co than our own estate agents who we were paying. We highly recommend Anthony Qurik and we will certainly be using them ourselves in the future. Thank you to this amazing team for your speedy emails and calls 7 days a week and sometimes way out of normal working hours. We will be dropping off some gifts of our own to you soon.

May 10,2021More than just an Estate Agent! I urge you all to research who you use before you go ahead with just anyone. I had to sell two properties between myself and my boyfriend. (I live in Canvey and my other half lived in Thurrock) I didnt use AQ first time around for my Bungalow sale in canvey which was a huge mistake that cost me loads of time and money i just didnt have. My partner didnt use AQ as at the time we didnt realise how many properties they sell around Essex. My partner then has a friend at work recommend Lenny and Chris at AQ so we researched them on social media and trustpilot. The rest is history! They had a plan for everything from when we met Chris on the first appointment to Lenny managing our complex chain of 6 properties and getting us into our forever home. They dealt with helping me get the price down on the house we were buying from a separate agent, they met me at the our new home on completion to show me how all the appliances worked and had a moving in hamper box for us both. Three weeks went by after we moved in and Lenny called to check in and see if my youngest had settled in well to Canvey Juniors School. I cant thank the whole team enough and genuinely dont think we would be in are amazing property today if it wasnt for them. Passion for the job that seems to run in their blood. The rest of the team are amazing too and so professional. Keeo up the good work guys. My brother is now looking to buy for the first time so he will be coming in to see you all soon.
